Nobuyuki Tsujii (辻井 伸行, Tsujii Nobuyuki) (also known as Nobu Tsujii) 日本のピアニスト、作曲家。彼は小眼球症のため生まれつき目が見えませんでしたが、その卓越した音楽的才能により世界的に有名なアーティストになりました。多くの指揮者やオーケストラと共演し、目が見えなくても音楽を学び、オーケストラと共演する独自のテクニックが高く評価され、高い評価を得ている。
辻井さんは新しい音楽作品を耳で徹底的に学びます。 2009 年のタイム誌の記事は次のように説明しています。「確かに、目が見えないからといって、それが楽になったわけではありません。辻井さんは点字楽譜を使って新しい曲を学ぶこともできるが、この種の翻訳は通常ボランティアによって行われる。需要が非常に少ないため、入手可能な楽譜の種類がプロの演奏者のニーズを満たしていないため、辻井氏は独自の方法を考案しました。ピアニストのチームが、作曲家によって書かれた特定のコードや指示とともにスコアを記録し、辻井はそれを聴き、各曲を学び完璧に仕上げるまで練習します。」
辻井は2011年のインタビューで「私は曲を聴いて学んでいるが、CDや他人の解釈をコピーしているわけではない」と語った。アシスタントに特別なカセットテープを作ってもらいます。彼らは曲をいくつかの小節などの小さなセクションに分割し、（一度に片手ずつ）録音します。私はこのテープを「耳用楽譜」と呼んでいます。短い曲を完成させるには数日かかりますが、大きなソナタや協奏曲を完成させるには1か月かかります。」
辻井さんは、国内外の多くの指揮者の指揮のもと、数多くのオーケストラと共演し成功を収めている。
2017年、オーストラリア放送協会のレポーター、モニーク・シャフターが辻井に「車掌が見えないとき、どうやって時間に間に合うのか？」と質問した。ピアニストは「指揮者の息遣いを聞き、自分の周りで何が起こっているかを感じ取ることによって」と答えた。指揮者のブラムウェル・トーヴィーは「彼は非常に鋭い聴覚を持っているに違いない、きっと」とコメントした。

辻井さんはピアニストであるだけでなく、作曲家でもあります。
12歳で自作曲「ウィーンの街角」を演奏。
2010年から2011年にかけて、日本映画「神様のカルテ」のテーマ曲を作曲し、この作品で2011年度日本映画批評家大賞映画音楽アーティストに選ばれた。同年、日本のテレビドラマ「それでも、生きてゆく」のテーマ曲も作曲した。
2011年6月、日本のフィギュアスケートチャンピオン、伊藤みどりが世界大会（マスターエリートオーベルストドルフ2011）で、辻井が高校時代に戦後の父親への愛を表現するために作曲した「川のささやき」の音楽に合わせてパフォーマンスした。二人は東京の神田川を散歩した。
2012年2月公開の日本映画『はやぶさ 遥かなる帰還』の音楽監督・作曲を担当。2014年には映画『マエストロ!』のエンディングテーマを作曲。
2016年、辻井は丸紅株式会社のためにスタジオジブリ制作の鳥獣戯画シリーズ3部作のBGMを制作し、演奏した。
辻井の2011年の自作曲「2011年3月11日日本の津波の犠牲者への挽歌」の演奏は、インターネット上で広く視聴されている。
