B.B. King Live: The Concert

The concert album and film Live at the Royal Albert Hall 2011 documents the historic performance that blues legend B.B. King gave on June 28, 2011 at the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London. The concert was released commercially in 2012 in CD, DVD and Blu-ray formats.

This show stands out especially for the large number of star guests from the field of rock and blues who took the stage to accompany King and his famous guitar Lucille. Collaborators include guitarist Slash (Guns N' Roses), Ronnie Wood (The Rolling Stones), blues-rock duo Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi, and Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall.
